How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, arrange a visit, or process a waitlist/newsletter signup
• To send updates about Golden Hands if you've asked for them (you can unsubscribe or ask us to stop at any time)
• To understand how visitors use this website, so we can improve it (aggregated, not used to identify you individually)

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Tools we use

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic and measure whether our ads work. Form submissions (book-a-visit, newsletter, Depanama waitlist) are stored securely via our hosting provider's infrastructure so our team can follow up — never shared with third parties beyond what's needed to run the site (e.g. our hosting and analytics providers).

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — WhatsApp or email us and we'll act on it. If you no longer want newsletter updates, tell us and we'll stop.

Residents in our care

For residents living with us, we also hold health and care information necessary to provide safe, appropriate care — shared only with the resident's family, our clinical team, and, when necessary, emergency medical services.
